I am contacting you to express my disgust at the way you are handling your investigation into the allegations of sexual harassment and assault which were reported to you on on 28 February by United Voices of the World (UVW) union and request the accused manager be removed from site until the investigation has been completed. I am calling on you to: conduct the investigation in line with your obligations as an employer; interview witnesses as per your obligations and as per your written promise; engage with UVW for this investigation, as you promised; suspend the accused manager until the investigation is completed; apologise to the victimised worker, to staff and to residents for failing to do this.
