United we are strong!

Fantastic monthly meeting of UVW’s section for Spanish and Portuguese speakers – Voces Hispanas Unidas -, most of whom work as cleaners.

We had exciting discussions about union strategy and the importance of solidarity, planned upcoming direct actions to hit back at employers who callously sack our members and ran sessions on employment law and pensions, followed by plenty of delicious food and drink.

Now that’s what we call community!
