Vote for general secretary 2023

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE and decide who will be UVW General Secretary you must have been a UVW member on 31 July 2023 and had no more than 2 months membership fees owing by that date.

VOTING WILL TAKE PLACE by postal ballot. This is a legal requirement. Ballot papers will be sent to member’s home addresses.

BALLOT PAPERS will be sent out by post to all UVW members on Monday 18 September 2023, in English and Spanish.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR BALLOT PAPER by Monday 18 September 2023. you should email help@popularis.org to request a replacement. The last day to request a replacement ballot paper is Monday 2 October 2023..

RETURN YOUR VOTE in the pre-paid envelope provided.

THE DEADLINE for voting is Friday 13 October. Votes must be received by that date, so make sure you post them in time.
