To Joana Semedo, Dominic Ponniah,

I am writing to condemn in the strongest terms the sacking of Aoua Coulibaly, a dedicated employee who has served your company for over 18 months, and to demand her immediate reinstatement.

Aoua was dismissed from her position at etc.venues by Cleanology without prior notice, any process or investigation and she was not provided a hearing before dismissing her or the right to appeal after being dismissed. She was later told she had been fired for alleged "poor cleaning standards" (none of which had ever been brought to her attention), and "failure to follow the company's absence procedure." These actions are in clear violation of fair employment practices and are not the actions of a kind or reasonable employer.

It has come to our attention that Aoua's clients at etc.venues were satisfied with her work and even expressed a desire for her return. Additionally, the unauthorised absence was due to an emergency where Aoua had to be rushed to the hospital for life-saving care. Using these as an excuse to fire her shows a complete lack of empathy and humanity, which can only be explained by racial prejudice whether conscious or not.

I strongly urge you to reinstate Aoua to her position immediately and to pay her any owed salaries since her dismissal. This course of action would not only rectify the wrong done to her but also demonstrate Cleanology's commitment to fair and equitable treatment of all its employees.
