The 2025 Emanuel Gomes Organising School trained a new generation of grassroots organisers who are now active in live UVW campaigns across London.

The 2025 EGOS course was an 8-week intensive training programme designed to equip budding organisers and activists with essential workplace organising skills — from agitation and workplace mapping to identifying leaders and building collective power. The course included interactive workshops, campaign planning, and practical exercises.

Many graduates of the 2025 course are now actively organising in their workplaces and with UVW, supporting live disputes and helping workers win better pay, safer workloads and dignity at work.
