I’m writing to strongly urge you to meet the fair and reasonable demands of the Housekeeping Team at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Canary Wharf.

These workers—mostly migrant women and long serving—are being exploited. They’re paid below the London Living Wage (£13.85), despite Radisson Blu celebrating a “record-breaking year in 2024.” At the same time, workloads have nearly doubled, causing serious health problems and forcing workers to stay late without extra pay.

Now, the workers report that their hours are being cut under pressure, in meetings where contracts were presented in languages workers couldn’t fully understand. This sounds like intimidation, not consultation.

Your team can’t survive on unstable hours and low wages.

The housekeepers deserve dignity, respect, and a living wage—not exploitation.
