TO BE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE and decide who will be UVW General Secretary you must have been a UVW member on 31st July 2021 and had no more than 2 months membership fees owing by that date.
VOTING WILL TAKE PLACE by postal ballot. This is a legal requirement. Ballot papers will be sent to member’s home addresses.
BALLOT PAPERS will be sent out by post to all UVW members on Monday 6 September 2021, in English and Spanish.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR BALLOT PAPER by Monday 13 September 2021 should email email@example.com to request a replacement. The last day to request a replacement ballot paper is Monday 27 September 2021.
