We campaign, organise and take action through strikes, protests and legal challenges to win decent pay, fair conditions and stronger workplace rights. We challenge outsourcing, demand the London Living Wage, full sick pay and manageable workloads, and fight to defend and reinstate members who face unfair discipline, suspension or dismissal. Above all, we fight for dignity, respect and equality for all our members.
