Security guards at GOSH are denied the same annual leave, sick leave, and career progression as other workers at GOSH.
Samuel, along with dozens of his colleagues, who are mostly Black, Brown and migrant workers, are following in the footsteps of the mighty cleaners who won NHS parity in October 2021.
They are fighting back against a two-tier system at GOSH and willing to take strike action to be heard!
