SUPPORT THE SECURITY GUARDS AT GOSH

“GOSH is made up of departments of families. And in a family circle, even when one member of the family feels he’s been left behind, or he’s not been treated fairly, there’s always going to be a reaction.” Samuel Awittor, security guard, Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Security guards at GOSH are denied the same annual leave, sick leave, and career progression as other workers at GOSH.

Samuel, along with dozens of his colleagues, who are mostly Black, Brown and migrant workers, are following in the footsteps of the mighty cleaners who won NHS parity in October 2021.

They are fighting back against a two-tier system at GOSH and willing to take strike action to be heard!

Support the fight for equality at GOSH!
